Notice is given to all paid up members that the Club will be holding a SGM on Monday 29th September at 7-30pm.

The purpose of the SGM is to authorise the transfer of the assets of the current unincorporated body to the newly formed Company Limited by Guarantee and to authorise the winding up of the unincorporated body .

The details of the agenda will be circulated to paid up members.
