Wednesday Training - It's Here!

14 brave souls turned out for Dave "Gunny" Gunson's first session, including yours truly who jogged about a bit!

It was very well receoved by the lads and aside of the little critters biting our legs fun and fitness was had, ending in a rare game of Amercian Footbal and some Rugby Netball.

Spread the word and get down on Wednesday nights. All welcome from Seniors to Felons.
