This was another superb team effort from spitfires running in 8 tries to Warrington's 3.
The first quarter saw Spitfires score three well worked tries, running the ball through the backs from deep to go over the line. Warrington are a good well drilled side and the lads had to be on top of their game to claim the ascendancy. They did so emphatically with yet more great resilience in the face of a good Warrington team who showed great ball handling. Spitfires went into the 2nd quarter and for the large part were camped in their own half, Warrington keen to equal terms and scoring two tries to Spitfires one. They defended well and there was some great ball carrying and hard tackling throughout but the desire in the lads shone through with some exciting play using the 3/4's back line well to keep up the momentum.
Despite the odd error at the break down, Spitfires rucking was excellent turning over a couple of balls to win possession and run the ball through the backs, constantly backing themselves and showing real determination for the win. The third quarter saw Spitfires run in three unanswered tries and a single try in the fourth quarter.

Drawing towards the end of the season it is a true pleasure to watch these young lads play with such passion and team spirit and in the process making themselves one of the teams to beat. Individually some great performances and collectively working hard as a team always playing for each other.

Another hard fought but very well deserved win from the lads who continue to develop and grow with each game. Six games now without a loss, lets hope we can get to seasons end with a few more wins in the bag.

Well played to all the lads, keep up the winning ways!
