About the team

The U9 squad is open to children (boys and girls) in Year 4 at school.

It is the first year of contact rugby so this group has progressed from tag rugby to tackle rugby. We do our best to ensure that players are taught the correct basic skills for tackle rugby and regard their safety as the highest priority...followed by having fun!

We train and play matches on Sunday mornings.

We are looking for new players so if you would like to come and train with us please Peter Bredenkamp - peterbredenkamp32@googlemail.com.

New players are welcome. If you would like your son or daughter to play please bring them along to one of our training sessions or home matches. Please introduce yourself to one of our coaches and they, and the friendly U9s team, will make your child welcome.
